2. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data requires a legal basis, which we will present to you in the following.

When processing personal data for which permission is obtained, the legal basis is Article 6, paragraph 1 (a) of the European Union Data Protection Regulation (EUDATAP). When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Article 6 paragraph 1(b) of EUDATAP is the legal basis. This includes processing necessary prior to entering into a contract.

Insofar as processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6, paragraph 1(c) of EUDATAP is the legal basis. If processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party and the aforementioned interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, the legal basis is Article 6, paragraph 1(f) of EUDATAP. The legitimate interests of our company comprise the operation of our business as well as analysis, optimisation and maintenance of the security of our online services.

V. Cookies

This page uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that will be saved on your computer and which make certain information available
to the party setting the cookie. They serve to make our web offerings more user-friendly and effective and/or facilitate navigation on
our website.

You may, of course, use our site without accepting cookies. You may also change your browser settings according to your wishes, for

We store the personal data for the duration of the legal retention period. After expiration, data is routinely deleted, unless the data is
necessary for purposes of initiating or fulfilling a contract. In case data is not deleted because they are necessary for other legally permissible
purposes, their processing is limited. The data is accordingly blocked and not used for other purposes. This applies, for instance, to data that
must be stored for reasons of commercial or fiscal law.
